Times Tracking - Monthly view

As an employee I want to enter my times in the /tracking view. The view is currently showing one column per day in a week.

I would like to have the opportunity to switch to a monthly overview which displays all tracked activities in a simple grid, e.g. a calendar view. This would have the benefit of not having to switch back and forth between weeks and also make sure every day is tracked.
